had a go with the Osim machine at work a few days, and after holding the funny looking handlebars and placing my thumbs on some metallic pads for a few seconds, the display showed 15%.

that would be my body fat percentage. i remembered just a few months ago, give or take maybe another 6 months, when that number was a decent 7%.

shit, i can feel the flubbery fat cells swimming with joy in my belly already.

time to hit the road again. tmr.
