been awhile now. things go in and out of the head faster than u can say airhead. well, my head anyways...

been tryin to hit the books these days, but its not easy gettin into the groove eh, im afraid i cant be like mr lua, who's damn DAMN good at burying himself among the scripts. i think he needs a joey wong to be the chinese ghost to match his scholar role.

been doin the sprints, albeit not all that consistently. hitting the gyms as much as i can as well.
the knees arent getting any better, but i must say that after warming up a little, i've never got up this high. still a good few inches short, but hopefully something good happens..
