coffee, milk or tea?
#4?
gosh, im surprising even myself.
just came back from yet another round of guard duty, and here i am, making yet another entry.
off to play ball with worm and yk later!!
saw my instructor teaching the newest batch of trainees today. fierce, and impossible to comprehend as usual. tachometer, exciter, differential switch and all the technical mumbo-jumbo. cant say i really knew wat he was yakking away abt.
he was tough on me and my batch, abit overly so i might add. a stickler for rules, he'd demand that we follow every single instruction to a T, and if anyone were to fall out of line, then woe betide the poor wretch.
who'd happen to be yours truly most of the time.
that said, you'd have expected me to hate his guts, but the fact is i dun. true, i didn't quite really agree with his overbearing ways, nor do i exactly relish the endless confinements he doled out, but i think he's a ok guy after everything's all said and done. he's straight-talking, and to him, things are either in black or white.
i think he'd be right at home in the wuxia era, where things are alot more simpler. either you're a goody-two-shoes, or a cackling baddie. where the good guys wear white robes, with insanely long sideburns/side bangs and play on the flute on top on trees. where the baddies are clad in multi-color garbs, with big shiny cleavers, and always outnumber everyone else. good or bad, no shades of gray. how things should be.
black,white or gray?
